Originally from the US, I moved to Ireland in 2020 and made Cork home. I spent over 16 years at Microsoft, progressing from Support Escalation Engineer to Senior Embedded Escalation Engineer - working across everything from low-level kernel technology and Windows driver development to modern Azure AI services. That breadth gave me a thorough, practical understanding of how these technologies actually work, not just the theory.

At Microsoft, I worked with Windows source code to create hotfixes and improvements, collaborating directly with product development teams to improve supportability and resolve complex issues for Microsoft's largest global customers. I helped build and grow the EMEA Azure IoT, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning developer support teams, trained dozens of engineers, and earned Peak Performer awards for team initiatives and mentorship.

After a corporate career, I wanted to help the businesses in my local Cork community get access to the same professional technology and web presence that larger companies take for granted. Small businesses deserve modern, mobile-friendly sites and practical tech support - without enterprise price tags. That's why I started Iman Innovations.

Based in Riverstick with my family, I work with clients locally across Cork and internationally across Europe and the US, delivering training, consulting, and website development.
